I rate Jon Klein very hightly for several reasons. First, he had the guts to list and market my house based on its own merits versus what the average sales prices were in my specific community. This lead to a final sales price that was signficantly higher than anything sold in the community in over 10 years. Jon never lost confidence that my house would eventually sell at around his suggested list price. Second, Jon has a very capable assistant, Sheila, who was always there for me and answered all my questions, even those emailed on the weekends. They are honest and realistic re: pricing, condition the actual v,00alue of what they are selling. My first meeting with him was like I knew him forever. He looked around and within a very short period of time told me what he thought we should as for it and what we could most likely get for it. There, he was wrong.
